Please, read carefully the following information that is presented in the Author Instructions, especially if you are the prospective presenter of an accepted paper or if you need to guarantee inclusion of your accepted paper in the proceedings. An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the full-fee registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by July 15, 2019.

To qualify for member rates, the membership number must be provided in the registration form. Students under student registration are required to present their full-time student cards when collecting their conference passes, materials and receipts on site. Anyone who fails to present the document is subject to pay the difference between a regular registration and a student registration.

One author registration will cover the publication expenses of only one accepted papers. For the second accepted paper (at least one co-author), a 225 € fee will be charged (only for the paper publication, no lunches, welcome reception and gala dinner include). The third accepted paper of the same author must be paid as the same as the first paper (no discount).

Full registration includes: all symposium technical sessions, one copy of electronic proceeding, coffee-breaks, lunches, welcome reception and gala dinner tickets.

Registration for student includes: all symposium technical sessions, one copy of electronic proceeding, coffee-breaks, lunches.

Delegates attending the symposium are strongly recommended to have their own insurance coverage for attending the event.


1. Invitation code

Participants who choose the preferential price need to send the corresponding materials to the organizing committee to confirm your identity, and then get the invitation code to pay.

2. Payment methods

(1) Payment Online (recommended method). REGISTER NOW! (If you have an account, please SIGN IN).

After completing the online registration, select “Conference Fee”->” My Order”->” Pay Now” and then enter the payment page of the e-payment platform to complete the online payment. At this time, the account has been bound, so you do not need to enter the account information of the recipient. Payment vouchers should be kept on your own. No need to upload the system or send it to the conference group.
